Trinseo has begun using its upgraded ERP system at all North America sites on May 2 and Asia Pacific sites on August 2. The company's European site implementation will take place on November 1.

You will see some changes to the format of the Certificate of Compliance (COC):
If you currently receive a Customer Statement, you will notice the information is displayed in a different format; however, the content will remain the same.
If you do not currently receive Customer Statements and would like to receive them, they will be available upon request
Invoices will have a different layout. All information currently on the invoice will continue to appear; however, some of the information may be placed in a different location on the document.
Invoicing entity Trinseo Europe GmbH will change into Trinseo Export GmbH. Further details will be communicated by your customer service representative.
