Trinseo’s Merak, Indonesia Plant Receives 2014 Best Supplier Award from Panasonic

PT Trinseo Materials Indonesia named “best supplier” by Panasonic for second consecutive year.

Trinseo (NYSE: TSE), the global materials company and manufacturer of plastics, latex and rubber, announced today its Merak, Indonesia plant was awarded 2014 Best Supplier Award from Panasonic, one of the most recognized and globally trusted brand names for electrical home appliances. This is the second consecutive year that the company’s Merak plant received this award. Trinseo supplies both General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) resins used in air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and more.
