We understand that when employees engage with their business, work with passion, and go the extra mile, they become empowered to move the business forward. This can only happen if they feel respected and valued.
Trinseo’s first-ever employee engagement survey was completed in September 2017 and measured employee perspectives in 16 specific work experience areas ranging from safety to work tasks, company reputation, work/life balance, senior leadership, and performance management. The results were communicated to employees in November. In December, leaders began developing detailed action plans to follow up on learnings and opportunities identified in the employee survey.
