Unlike typical emulsion ABS resins, MAGNUM™ ABS Resins have been processed successfully at temperatures above 280°C.  Excellent thermal stability means less color shift , which is essential in ensuring end product quality, and the prolonged aesthetic is crucial in safeguarding our customers’ brands.

As the ABS resin is manufactured using continuous polymerization technology, Trinseo’s MAGNUM™ ABS Resins can readily achieve the desired gloss levels through processing parameters such as mold temperature, polymer temperature, and injection molding speed. Low gel level is another feature of MAGNUM™ ABS Resins, which is essential in producing smooth surfaces for an excellent product appearance.
