Progress on Our Sustainable Workforce Goals

Trinseo continues to evolve this goal to broaden our diversified recruitment beyond gender to include ethnicity, veteran status, and disability. As part of this enhancement, the Company hired its first Director of DEI, Culture, and Talent in 2022, who will build an inclusive infrastructure that helps all our employees thrive. Once complete, she will oversee tracking the updated goal.

This goal continues to be revised to meet the needs of our community in establishing effective and equitable learning and development strategies for both our manufacturing and office staff. Our Director of DEI, Culture, and Talent will be integral in refining this goal.
