Trinseo Opens Innovation Center in Exton, Pa.

Trinseo™ PLC (NYSE: TSE), a global specialty materials provider with corporate offices in Wayne, recently opened its new North America Innovation Center in the Oaklands Corporate Center in Exton.

The facility will serve as a regional hub for research and development, supporting collaboration with partner companies to bring innovative products to life in smarter, more sustainable ways. It is one of three Global Innovation Centers in Trinseo’s network, alongside locations in Rheinmünster, Germany, and Terneuzen, the Netherlands.

The Exton Innovation Center features advanced testing labs, multiple materials compounding lines, and flexible workspaces designed to support polymer development and cross-functional problem-solving. Trinseo products—including Avonite™ Solid Surfaces and Plexiglas® PMMA sheets—were used throughout the space to showcase product performance and design versatility.

Trinseo produces specialty materials that are widely utilized in various automotive applications, including both internal and external components, large-scale lithium-ion batteries, consumer electronics, construction materials, durable household goods, medical devices, and other industries.
