Trinseo + ME – Embracing New Ideas amidst Transformation

“Trinseo + ME” is an exclusive series of interviews with our staff. Let’s take a look at the story of Eric Wu.

Eric is Senior R&D Manager at the Plastics Innovation Lab at Trinseo’s Hsinchu site in Taiwan. He has been with us for 20 years. After working for Trinseo for a few years, he joined another company, and briefly a year later he returned to Trinseo. This departure made him feel that people should be brave enough to think out of the box - only if you accept new challenges will you come up with new ideas and make continuous progress. This happens to be aligned with Trinseo’s growth strategy.
