Muslih is Senior EH&S Advisor for Trinseo’s Merak Latex Binders Plant in Indonesia, responsible for Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S). In this role, he ensures appropriate environmental measures and work safety regulations are met throughout the plant.
Having joined the Merak site in 1995, Muslih describes himself as a person eager for development, and who enjoys learning new skills and areas of the organization. When Muslih joined the Merak site, he worked as an operating technician. Soon after, he received a transfer opportunity under the company’s arrangement and began to work as a Maintenance Gate Keeper. By 2014, he had a new opportunity to work on the site’s EH&S unit where he remains today. Muslih is grateful to Trinseo for giving him a variety of opportunities, allowing him to learn new things to continue broadening the horizon in his career.
